B. Age-based Symposium Discounts:

  • Participants aged 60 years and above receive a 10% discount on symposium fee.
  • Participants aged 70 years and above receive a 15% discount on symposium fee.

C. Workshop Discount Schemes:

  • 5% off for registering 2 half-day workshops on the same day
  • 10% off for registering 1 half-day workshop on Day 1 and 1 half-day workshop on the last day
  • 10% off for registering 1 half-day workshop on Day 1 and 1 full-day workshop on the last day

D. Group Bundling Discount

    This promotion is for participants who register as a group.
  • Offers additional discounts on symposium fees with the following structure:
    • 5% discount for a group of 5 participants
    • 10% discount for a group of 10 participants
    • 15% discount for a group of 15 participants
  • Discount values are not cumulative (i.e., no additional discount beyond 15%, even for larger groups).
  • If group members wish to register for workshops, the Personal Bundling Workshop Discount rules apply.
  • Each group member may choose different workshop topics.
  • Senior participants (60+ or 70+) may join group registration, but cannot combine age-based and group discounts. They must choose one type of discount.
  • Medical Students are not eligible for group discount

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the congress, please notify the Secretariat Office by email. For cancellations made on or before 30 June 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after this date. All refunds will be processed one month after the congress. Thank you for your understanding.
