Abstract Submission

The AOCNR 2025 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Abstract Submission." Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented as (1) Oral Presentation or (2) Poster Presentation and will be published in the proceeding book. The authors may submit up to two abstracts. The number of abstracts that will be accepted is strictly related to the planned conference timetable and to the evaluation of the research and innovation committee.

Abstract Format

  • Tittle: Max 30 word
  • Body: Max 300 words
  • Abstracts contain new material that has never been previously presented or published.
  • The abstract should not contain graphics, tables or references.
  • Abstract submissions may include original research findings or case reports.

  • All abstracts must be submitted online via the AOCNR 2025 website. Abstracts submitted by E-mail, fax or post will NOT be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted by 23:59 Indonesia Standard Time on June 30 (Monday), 2025, for the first term deadline. The final submission deadline is on July 15 (Tuesday), 2025.
  • Late-breaking abstracts submitted after the final deadline WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.
  • The abstract should be objective and concise, including key information in its five sections: Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • It is the authors' responsibility to review the submission and correct it.
  • Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission. It will be reproduced exactly as submitted.

  • Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral presentation or poster presentation). However, the scientific committee will make the final decision on presentation type after review of abstracts.
  • A confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, the presenting author and corresponding author by E-mail upon their on-line submission. Therefore, please submit the right contact details please also check your SPAM or JUNK folder.Otherwise, the presenter will not receive important information about his/her presentation.
  • The right to publish your abstract is granted to the AOCNR 2025 Organizing Committee.
  • The accepted presenters must be regularly registered for the conference by August 31, 2025. If you are not registered by this date, your contribution will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If on-line submis sion is not possible, please contact the Secretariat at research@aocnr2025.com
  • An acceptable structure of an abstract must consist of the following components:
    BackgroundA statement of the hypothesis or research question.
    AimThe main objective or purpose of the study.
    MethodsAn explanation of the study design and experimental methods used.
    ResultsA concise summary of the major findings of the experiment or study. Sufficient data must be provided to permit evaluation by the reviewers and public reading of the abstract. Statements such as “the data will be discussed” are not acceptable.
    ConclusionsSummary of the overall findings and the importance of the study.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by E-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by July 25 (Monday), 2025.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by August 31 (Sunday), 2025, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the AOCNR 2025 secretariat (research@aocnr2025.com) in writing as soon as possible.
